1. General

VaBeachTech, a division of Sansone Advisory Group LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), provides technology consulting, managed services, and IT support to residential and business clients.
By hiring us or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

These terms apply to all services, whether performed onsite, remotely, or through digital means.

2. Payments and Billing

  • Payment is due as stated on your invoice, typically upon completion unless otherwise specified.

  • Deposits, retainers, or prepayments are non-refundable (see Refund Policy).

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services and additional fees.

  • Returned or declined payments may incur a processing fee.

3. Cancellations

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may be charged in full.

  • Any deposits or prepaid amounts are forfeited for no-shows or late cancellations.

4. Refunds

All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing before work begins. This includes services, labor, software, and hardware.

5. Liability and Hold Harmless

While VaBeachTech takes every precaution to protect your systems and data, you acknowledge that:

  • We are not responsible for data loss, corruption, or downtime resulting from hardware failure, pre-existing conditions, third-party software issues, or client actions.

  • You are responsible for maintaining adequate backups prior to any service.

  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

  • VaBeachTech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Hold Harmless and Indemnification:
By engaging VaBeachTech, a division of Sansone Advisory Group LLC, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify VaBeachTech and its owner(s), agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses — including attorney’s fees — arising out of or related to the services performed, except in cases of proven gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

6. Software and Licensing

  • Any software purchased, licensed, or installed through VaBeachTech remains subject to the vendor’s licensing terms.

  • The client is responsible for maintaining proper licensing and compliance with all applicable terms.

  • VaBeachTech is not responsible for ongoing software or subscription renewals unless explicitly managed under a service agreement.

7. Hardware Purchases

  • Hardware purchased or recommended by VaBeachTech is provided “as-is” with any manufacturer warranties.

  • VaBeachTech does not guarantee performance or compatibility beyond manufacturer specifications.

  • No refunds or exchanges are available once hardware is purchased or installed.

8. Confidentiality

VaBeachTech respects client privacy. Any access to your systems or data will be treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of performing services.

We do not sell, share, or disclose client information except as required by law or necessary to perform contracted services.

9. Service Limitations

  • Services are provided “as available” and may be impacted by factors outside our control (internet outages, vendor systems, etc.).

  • Some issues may require third-party escalation or replacement hardware/software, which may incur additional costs.

  • Managed service offerings do not guarantee prevention of all cybersecurity threats or system failures.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Any disputes will be handled in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

11. Changes to Terms

VaBeachTech reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”
